4 Days Chimp Trekking And Queen Elizabeth National Park Safari
This is a 4 Days chimp trekking and Queen Elizabeth National Park safari to Western Uganda for a primate adventure and wildlife experience. This Uganda safari will grant you the opportunity to visit Amabere Ga Nyinamwiru caves, and then you will travel to Kibale National Park, where you will conduct a chimpanzee trek. You will go ahead to visit Bigodi wetland after the chimpanzee trek. In Queen Elizabeth National Park, you will conduct an afternoon boat cruise on the Kazinga channel and a morning game drive in the Kasenyi plains for wildlife viewing.

Detailed Itinerary
Day 1: Transfer from Entebbe Airport to Kibale National Park
On the first day of the safari, a guide will meet you at Entebbe Airport and brief you about the safari. You will then set off to Kibale National Park with a stopover at Amabere Ga Nyinamwiru caves. You will have lunch in Fort Portal town. You will then proceed to Kibale National Park. Upon arrival, you will check into a lodge, take a bath, have dinner and retire to bed.

Day 2: Chimpanzee trekking and Bigodi swamp walk
On the second day of the safari, you will be served breakfast at the lodge, and then you will be picked up from the lodge by the guide to take you for a briefing. You will then go for a chimpanzee that will take approximately 30 minutes to 4 hours searching for the chimpanzees, depending on their location in the park. You will spend 1 hour with the chimpanzees, and you will observe the way they behave as you take pictures. You will be transferred back to the lodge for lunch.
In the afternoon, you will go for a Bigodi swamp walk. You will spend about 2 to 3 hours conducting the swamp walk. You will spot numerous primates and bird species. You will see several vegetation types and landscapes. You will be returned to the lodge for dinner and your night’s rest.

Day 3: Transfer to Queen Elizabeth Park for an afternoon boat cruise
On the third day of the safari, you will have breakfast early in the morning, and then you will check out of the lodge. You will then be transferred to Queen Elizabeth National Park. You will arrive and check into a lodge in Queen Elizabeth National Park. You will be served lunch, and after that, you will relax for a while.
You will go for a briefing, and then you will go for an afternoon boat cruise on the Kazinga channel. You will spend about 2 to 3 hours while on the boat cruise spotting several birds and animals like hippos, crocodiles, elephants and many more. You will then retire to the lodge for a refreshment dinner and your night’s rest.

Day 4: Morning game drive and transfer back to Entebbe Airport
On the last day of the safari, you will have breakfast and then go for a morning game drive. The morning game drive will start immediately after the briefing. You will go for the game drive with an armed ranger guide. You do this activity for approximately 3 to 4 hours. You will spot animals like lions, elephants, buffalo, leopards, bushbucks, Uganda kob and several birds. You will then go to the lodge for lunch.
You will check out of the lodge, and then the guide will transfer you back to Entebbe Airport.
