Detailed Itinerary
Day 1: Arrival in Arusha
Upon your arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport, you will be welcomed by our driver guide who will brief you about the safari. Your transfer to the lodge in Arusha allows you to relax while enjoying dinner and overnight stay as a preparation for your upcoming journey.
Day 2: Transfer to Tarangire National Park for game drives
At dawn your driver guide meets you for a journey through the morning to Tarangire National Park where huge elephant groups stand alongside famous baobab trees. Upon arrival, you will embark on a game drive where you will spot various animals such as elephants, giraffes, zebras, lions, leopards, and an array of bird species. You will enjoy a picnic lunch in the park and continue with more game drives before driving to your lodge for dinner and overnight.
Day 3: Transfer to Serengeti National Park and evening game drive
Your trip commences with checking out of the lodge for the drive that takes you to Serengeti National Park which ranks among Africa’s top wildlife sanctuaries. On this route you will experience magnificent Rift Valley escarpments and have the opportunity to identify various species of wildlife. You will enjoy an en-route lunch and arrive in Serengeti in the afternoon for an evening game drive where you will encounter predators such as lions, cheetahs, and hyenas as well as other wildlife like wildebeests, zebras, and antelopes. Serengeti Lodge or Camp will provide accommodations for overnight and the dinner meal for your stay.
Day 4: Full-day game drive in Serengeti National Park
The whole day of your tour in Serengeti plains begins after your morning meal. Thousands of wildebeests alongside zebras roam the plains of Serengeti during seasonal Great Migration as they seek fresh water and better feeding locations. Apart from the great wildlife diversity of elephants and buffaloes and giraffes and hippos and assorted bird species exists. You will have a picnic lunch in the park and continue with more game drives in the afternoon before returning to the lodge for dinner and overnight.
Day 5: Morning game drive and transfer to Ngorongoro Conservation Area
On the fifth day, you will go for a morning game drive in Serengeti to catch the predators as they hunt or return to their resting places. After the game drive, you will have breakfast, check out of the lodge, and transfer to Ngorongoro Conservation Area with en-route lunch. You will arrive at the lodge which sits at the edge of the crater to enjoy splendid crater views during dinner followed by an overnight stay.
Day 6: Descend into Ngorongoro Crater for a game drive
You will enjoy breakfast shortly before entering Ngorongoro Crater which holds a spot as a UNESCO World Heritage Site and stands among the planet’s most celebrated wildlife destinations. During the game drive, you will spot various animals such as lions, black rhinos, buffaloes, zebras, wildebeests, hippos, and flamingos around the crater lake. You will have your picnic meal within the crater while spending the rest of the day at your lodge for unwinding and having both dinner and overnight stay.
Day 7: Transfer to Lake Manyara National Park for game drives
From breakfast you will travel to Lake Manyara National Park because this park has both tree-climbing lions and enormous flamingo populations. Upon arrival, you will embark on a game drive where you will spot animals such as elephants, giraffes, baboons, impalas, hippos, and various bird species. After the game drive, you will check into the lodge for dinner and overnight.
Day 8: Visit a Maasai village and cultural experience

Your return to the lodge will include rest time along with dinner until you spend the night.
Day 9: Transfer to Kilimanjaro region for nature walks
Your day begins with breakfast before proceeding to the Kilimanjaro region to explore the base of Mount Kilimanjaro under professional guidance during nature walks. Customers can enjoy amazing views of the areas with their eyes on landscape features and waterfalls while capturing glimpses of bird species and small mammals during the guided walks. You will move into your lodge structure later during the night to enjoy dinner before spending the night.
Day 10: Explore the Kilimanjaro foothills and coffee tour
The tenth day combines activities featuring both foot exploration of Kilimanjaro foothills along with a visit to local coffee farms that will introduce you to the entire coffee production process from bean to cup. Visitors can both savor locally prepared coffee beverages and meet coffee farm owners and experience the peaceful atmosphere. Upon completion of the coffee tour you will resume lodging to spend time relaxing before dinner followed by overnight rest.
Day 11: Departure
You will enjoy relaxed breakfast before checking out of the lodge so the transportation service can take you either to Kilimanjaro International Airport for your trip home or directly to Arusha according to your preference.
