This is a 2 days short safari to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park that is situated in the southwestern part of Uganda. This safari will start from Kigali Airport, and it will involve crossing the Cyanika border to get to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park in Uganda, famous for sheltering the Uganda mountain gorillas. This 2 days safari will take you on a gorilla habituation experience where you will watch how the Uganda gorillas get used to the human presence and also get to see how they feed, breastfeed and much more. This Uganda safari will end with a transfer back to Kigali, where you will be dropped off at a hotel or Kigali Airport

Day 1: Pick up from Kigali Airport and transfer to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park
On day 1 of the safari, while at Kigali Airport, you will meet with our company representative guide, who will greet you and inform you about the safari details. You will then be transferred from the airport, and you will head to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park. You will have a border crossing at the Cyanika border to connect to Uganda.
You will have a stopover at a hotel for lunch and then proceed to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park. You will check into a lodge upon arrival, and you will rest from the journey. You will after having dinner and freshening up. You will then retire to bed.

Day 2: Gorilla habituation and departure to Kigali Airport
Early morning breakfast at the lodge in Bwindi Safari Park, and then you will be transferred to the park headquarters for a briefing on how to conduct yourself when you are carrying out the Uganda gorilla habituation. After allocating you a Uganda gorilla family to meet, you will be given an armed ranger guide to escort you. The search for the gorillas will depend on their location, which will take about 30 minutes to 7 hours to find them.
Once you spot them, you will spend about 4 hours with them in their habitat as you get views of how they feed, play, and breastfeed and also associate with the humans. You will then get back to the lodge, and you will check out. The guide will transfer you back to Kigali, and you will either be taken to the airport or a hotel.
