4 Days Fly In Double Gorilla Trekking Safari
A 4 days fly-in gorilla trekking safari involves domestic flights, and you will be able to fly from Entebbe airport to Kisoro airstrip, where you will be picked up by a guide who will transfer you to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park. You will conduct the double gorilla trek in Bwindi Impenetrable National Park on the Buhoma sector and the Ruhija sector. The first gorilla trekking experience will be done on day 2 of the safari in the Buhoma sector, and then the second gorilla trek will be conducted in the Ruhija sector on day 3 of the 4 days fly-in gorilla trekking safari with an additional Community tour to the Batwa community.

Day 1: Fly from Entebbe airport to Kisoro airstrip
On day 1 of the 4 days fly-in double gorilla trekking safari, a representative guide from Chopper tour and travel will meet you at Kisoro airstrip after your flight from Entebbe airport to Kisoro airstrip. The guide will transfer you from Kisoro airstrip to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park.
You will arrive at Bwindi Impenetrable National Park, and you will check into a lodge. You will have lunch and then have a conversation with the guides about your expectations for the trip. You will then have dinner and go to bed.

Day 2: First gorilla trekking in the Buhoma sector
On day 2 of the 4 days fly in gorilla trekking safari, after having breakfast at the lodge, you will leave with the guide to the park headquarters for a briefing. You will get the rules to abide by while on a gorilla trekking experience while on your Uganda safaris in the Buhoma sector. You will be told what to do and what you should not do. The guide will then go with you to the gorilla trek in the Buhoma sector, and it will take you about 1 to 7 hours to find the gorillas. You will spend 1 hour with a gorilla family as you acquire the knowledge and get exposed to the behaviours of the gorillas. You will capture moments with your camera, and then you will be taken back to the lodge by the guide, and you will rest after lunch.
At the end of the day, you will have dinner and then go to bed.

Day 3: Second gorilla trekking in Ruhija sector and a community tour
On the 3rd day of the 4 days fly in gorilla trekking safari, you will have breakfast in the morning, and then you will get to the park headquarters with the guide. You will be briefed and then allocated a guide to escort you for gorilla trekking in the Ruhija sector in Bwindi Impenetrable National Park. You will trek for about 1 to 7 hours searching for the gorillas, and you will also meet several birds, primates, mammals and plants. You will be with the gorillas in their natural habitats for 1 hour, and you should not exceed a group of 8 people. You will take pictures of the gorillas while observing them, and you are expected to turn your flashlights off when taking pictures to avoid disturbances.
The guide will return you to the lodge, and then you have lunch. After lunch, you will go for an evening community tour to the Batwa community. You will meet and interact with the Batwa people as they share their history and culture with you. You will visit the local projects handled by the Batwa and also see how they prepare their local dishes. You will then return to the lodge for dinner and an overnight stay.
